Website Forms

We use Google Forms  for all the data input forms for the website. We use the a form gadget.

Forms are stored in Google Drive-> Web Site -> Forms

The forms have "2 views". One is the data view, which is just a Google Spreadsheet. The other view, is the form view.

Open up one of the forms, to see the spreadsheet view/data.

To see the form, click on the "Form" drop-down menu and select "Edit Form".
